The Fuyuang FY5845000 is a desktop charger family for lithium, LiFePO4 and lead-acid (AGM / gel) battery packs, with 100-240Vac 50/60Hz input and outputs covering 29.2V 10A through 58.4V 5A and 50.4V 5A, in a 90W to 600W power band. It is designed for machines that are charged every day: cleaning robots, AGVs, electric forklifts, mobility scooters and wheelchairs. Charging uses a CC-CV-trickle profile with a stop-charge endpoint, so the pack reaches full capacity and then stops instead of being held at voltage. Short circuit, overload, over-voltage and over-temperature protection are built in, and a red / green indicator shows charging and complete status at a glance. Cooling is fanless by free air convection, keeping noise and dust out of the enclosure. Fuyuan Electronic Co., Ltd has manufactured battery chargers since 2005, operating 108,000 m2 of production space, a CNAS-standard EMC laboratory and 3,000+ developed models from 60W to 10KW.
