Under DDP we handle export formalities, import customs clearance and the duties, and deliver to your address. That is the defining feature of the term, and the reason buyers who want a known landed cost choose it: your team receives the goods cleared rather than having to appoint a customs broker at short notice.
For your records and for estimating tax, we provide the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and the HS tariff classification for the goods, together with the certificate copies relevant to the model shipped. Duty and tax amounts themselves depend on the classification applied and the regulations in force at the time of clearance, so these are confirmed per shipment rather than quoted as a standing rate. Destination-specific requirements are confirmed with our sales team before booking.
For North America we hold UL/cUL, ETL/cETL and FCC approvals. Chargers are tested to UL 1012 and CSA C22.2 No. 107.2, adapters to UL 62368-1 3rd edition and CSA C22.2 No. 62368-1-14, with FCC Part 15 Subpart B for EMC. North American energy-efficiency coverage includes DoE Level VI, CEC, Energy Star and NRCan.
Our UL certificate number is E494677, which you can verify at ul.com. One point worth flagging: certification is granted model by model, so the certificate that applies to your product must name the exact model you purchase. Send us the model or specification you plan to buy and we will supply the corresponding certificate copy and test report.
Payment terms are agreed at quotation stage and set out in the proforma invoice, which is the document that governs the order. Because the structure depends on order value, order history and destination, we confirm it in writing with you rather than publishing a single standing term.
The rest of the commercial framework is already clear: MOQ is 100 units, we support DDP and DDU door-to-door delivery, and other standard Incoterms can be discussed. Quotation validity is stated on the quotation, and certification scope, lead time and any tooling treatment are confirmed in the same documentation. If your finance or legal team needs to review the wording before you issue a purchase order, our sales team will provide it.
Yes. We provide model-specific certificate copies and test reports, not only generic company documents. Before shipment we confirm in writing which certificate covers the exact model and which standards apply, for example EN IEC 62368-1 for adapters, EN 60335-2-29 for chargers, or UL 1012 in North America.
Every certificate we hold is verifiable online, and we encourage you to check it: UL E494677 at ul.com, TUV/GS S 50527896 at tuv.com, ISO 9001:2015 01 100 1632392 at cnca.gov.cn. Please also note that not every series carries every certification; our DC-DC, 800W, 1500W and 3000W ranges, for example, are certified to CE, RoHS and FCC. We will state clearly what applies to your model.
Our chargers use a constant-current, constant-voltage profile, the conventional approach for lithium-ion, LiFePO4 and lead-acid batteries: the unit holds a controlled current through the bulk phase, then holds the voltage while the current tapers off. Our chargers also support timed charging and can step the output down, or cut it off, automatically once the battery is full rather than continuing to apply the full charge.
Charging current can be locked, and the profile can be adapted where your battery specification calls for it. Because the right curve depends on cell chemistry, pack configuration and the BMS, our engineers confirm the correct settings against your battery data sheet before we quote. Send the battery specification, including voltage, capacity and recommended charge current.
All of our key certificates can be checked directly on the issuing body's own database, which is the verification route the issuing body itself recommends. Our published numbers are: UL E494677 (ul.com), TUV/GS S 50527896 (tuv.com), CE E1403413, PSE JD 50457999 (certipedia.com), KC HU 101138-20003C (ktc.re.kr), CCC 2017010907933019, SAA SAA-190902-EA (equipment.erac.gov.au) and ISO 9001:2015 01 100 1632392 (cnca.gov.cn).
When verifying, check three items: the certificate number; the legal manufacturer name, which should read Fuyuan Electronic Co., Ltd; and the manufacturing address, which should match our Dongguan or Hunan Yongzhou plants. We will support that process and supply model-specific certificate copies alongside the numbers.
