FAQ

  • Q Which companies do you supply, and what makes you a lower-risk choice for my programme?

    A

We are a qualified supplier to more than 28 global companies, including UNITREE, HUAWEI, Lenovo, LG, BYD, AGIBOT, UBTECH, iRobot, DREAME, PUDU, TENNANT, TOYOTA, ZTE, EVE and SUNWODA. These references are relevant because those programmes carry their own qualification, reliability and audit requirements, and our products had to pass them.

What we can document for your own evaluation: manufacturing since 2005; 108,000 m2 of self-built plants across two sites with 450 employees; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QC 080000 and BSCI certification; an in-house CNAS-standard EMC laboratory; a 3-year warranty with MTBF equal to or greater than 30,000 hours; and 100% factory inspection after a 4-8 hour full-load burn-in. We welcome a factory audit or a pilot order before you scale.

  • Q If units fail in the field, what is your RMA process?

    A

The route starts with our sales and after-sales team. Report the failure with the model, the quantity affected and a description of the symptom, and they will open the case and confirm how the affected units are handled for your order. Because the after-sales terms are documented per order rather than published as one standing public procedure, the specific remedy, whether replacement, repair or credit, and the freight arrangement, are agreed in writing with you before the order is confirmed.

What supports a fast resolution is the traceability behind each shipment: production runs under ISO 9001 with QC 080000 for hazardous substances, and every unit passes a 4-8 hour full-load burn-in under a 3-year warranty.

  • Q What information do you need from me to process a warranty claim?

    A

Please provide the model number and the quantity affected, the production or batch reference if it appears on the label or carton, a short description of the failure symptom, and where possible a photograph or short video of the unit together with the installation conditions. That information lets our engineers see whether the case points to a manufacturing issue rather than to application, wiring or a mismatched load.

Two factors speed up diagnosis. Traceability, because every unit passes a documented 4-8 hour full-load burn-in and 100% factory inspection under ISO 9001 control, so a returned unit can be matched against its production records. And your application details, including input conditions and duty cycle. The claim handling route and the remedy for your order are confirmed in writing with our sales team.

  • Q If a critical unit fails, how quickly can you supply a replacement?

    A

Replacement shipments are scheduled case by case, so rather than publishing a fixed figure we confirm the timing with you in writing for the specific part and quantity. In practice, speed depends on two things you can influence at order stage: whether the model is one of our standard platforms, and how accurately we hold your forecast.

Where a replacement matters to your production line or to a customer installation, raise it with the sales team when the order is placed so that scheduling can be aligned with our production plan from the start. It also helps that we manufacture at two locations, Dongguan and Hunan Yongzhou, with 108,000 m2 of self-built capacity between them, which gives more room to reschedule than a single line.

  • Q What is your lead time for a standard model order?

    A

Lead time depends on the model, the order quantity, the configuration and current production loading, so we confirm the exact figure in the proforma invoice rather than quoting one number in advance. We would rather give you a date we can hold than a figure that slips later.

Two production factors support the schedule. Our range is built on standardised platforms, battery chargers, power adapters and LED power supplies from 60W to 10KW with more than 3,000 models developed, so most orders start from an existing platform rather than a new design. And we manufacture at two bases, Dongguan and Hunan Yongzhou, covering 108,000 m2 with 450 employees, which gives room to reschedule lines when demand shifts. Share your model and quantity and we will confirm a date.

  • Q Do you charge tooling or mould fees for a customized charger, and can those costs be amortized into the unit price?

    A

Standard models in our catalogue require no tooling investment. Tooling or mould charges apply only when a project needs a new housing or a significant mechanical change; in those cases the tooling scope and the cost are quoted and agreed in writing before the project starts.

Whether tooling cost can be amortised across production quantities depends on the order volume and the specific tool, so our sales team confirms the commercial treatment at quotation stage. What we can confirm up front is engineering capability: our R&D team is led by engineers with 36 years of industry experience, and a new custom model can move from design to engineering completion in as fast as 10 days.
