We can sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement covering your designs, specifications, drawings, artwork and commercial information, and the same agreement sets out how far your design may be used and who inside our organisation may access it. Our sales team can provide a standard NDA for your legal team to review before technical discussions begin.
On the reference side we are equally specific. We may name customers such as UNITREE, HUAWEI, Lenovo, LG, BYD, UBTECH, iRobot or ZTE as supply references, but we do not disclose any customer's order volumes, pricing, current models or project details. If a reference in your own sector would help your evaluation, raise it with us and we will see what can be shared.
Yes. Third-party or buyer-appointed inspectors are welcome to carry out AQL pre-shipment inspection at our factory, and we will provide access, samples and the relevant test documentation. You appoint the inspection agency; we ask only for advance notice so that the goods are staged and the production records are ready.
It is worth knowing what the inspection sits on top of: 100% factory inspection plus a 4-8 hour full-load burn-in on every unit, not sampling, and EMC and hazardous-substance checks run in our in-house CNAS-standard EMC and RoHS laboratories. Between our own full inspection and your independent AQL verification, your team gets a supplier-side control and a third-party confirmation before the shipment leaves.
We are a manufacturer. Fuyuan Electronic Co., Ltd was founded in 2005, is recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise and as a Guangdong specialised, refined, differentiated and innovative small and medium enterprise, and operates two self-built production bases: the Dongguan headquarters and a plant in Yongzhou, Hunan. Together they cover 108,000 m2 with 450 employees and automated dust-free workshops.
For verification we suggest three checks. Our ISO 9001:2015 certificate 01 100 1632392 at cnca.gov.cn, where the certified address should match a production site rather than an office. Our BSCI audit status, which covers social responsibility at the facility. And a factory visit or third-party audit, which we welcome at either site. We also operate our own CNAS-standard EMC laboratory, which a trading company would not run.
We operate a self-built CNAS-standard EMC laboratory together with a RoHS hazardous-substance laboratory. The laboratory covers conducted immunity, radiated immunity, harmonic current emission, electrostatic discharge immunity, surge immunity and electrical fast transient burst immunity, plus hazardous-substance screening.
For a buyer, the practical benefit is sequencing. Instead of sending a first article straight to an external certification body and risking a failed submission, we run the relevant pre-tests in-house, correct any issue, and only then submit. That reduces the chance of a failed first submission and shortens the time from sample to certificate, which matters most when you are coordinating a launch across several markets. We employ 450 people across two self-built production bases in Dongguan and Yongzhou, Hunan, totalling 108,000 m2, with automated dust-free workshops and our own CNAS-standard EMC laboratory. We have manufactured continuously since 2005 and hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QC 080000 and BSCI certification.
On engineering, our R&D team is led by engineers with 36 years of industry experience and covers concept design through engineering development to mass production, with more than 3,000 models developed across battery chargers, power adapters and LED power supplies from 60W to 10KW. Custom development from design to engineering completion can take as little as 10 days. For long-term programmes, our sales team will set out the commercial framework covering forecast, capacity planning and warranty terms at quotation stage.
Our products carry a 3-year warranty. It covers manufacturing defects in the units we supply and sits on top of the reliability controls behind every order: MTBF equal to or greater than 30,000 hours, a 4-8 hour full-load burn-in on every unit, and 100% factory inspection rather than sampling.
Two points are worth confirming at order stage so that there are no surprises later. The exact warranty terms applying to your order, including what counts as a covered defect, are set out in writing in the order documents. And the warranty does not replace incoming inspection on your side or in your customers' hands.
