Tip: Before a show, list the three charger problems that have cost you the most field failures. Those questions get better answers in a face-to-face meeting than a specification sheet.
As embodied intelligence and mobile working equipment mature, machine builders have stopped selecting power supplies on voltage and current alone. The criteria that now decide a supplier shortlist are operating-condition fit, BMS communication matching, reliability in difficult environments, overseas safety approvals, and the ability to run custom samples through to stable volume production.

Tip: Ask for burn-in records and inspection data from a recent production batch, not from a golden sample. That is where the difference between a prototype and a shipped unit shows up.
